Jon Pole, President, CRM, CMM Gold (Co-Founder)
Jon has spent the last 20 years working in local radio in Pembroke, Sarnia, Chatham and Owen Sound. He also spent 4 years working with some of Canada’s largest broadcasting companies helping them grow revenue in key markets. Jon currently resides in Renfrew, Ontario with his wife Sasha, his two sons Spencer and Brennan and daughter Lila Mary. In 2007, Jon was awarded the Chamber Member of the Year Award by the Renfrew and Area Chamber of Commerce. Jon is a member of the exclusive International Idea
Bank for Broadcasters. Jon was also the official mascot for one season for the OHL’s Owen Sound Attack.
Andrew Dickson, Vice President, MBA (Co-Founder)
Andrew began his radio career in Renfrew and included stops in Pembroke, Ajax and Ottawa. Since 1982, he has been nurturing his company, Custom Printers of Renfrew Ltd. and General Store Publishing House, successfully providing printing and publishing services for clients predominantly in Ottawa and the Ottawa Valley. Community involvement for Andrew has included 12
years on Renfrew Town Council, Chair of Renfrew and Area Physician Recruitment Committee, Founding Chair of Valleyfest (formerly Renfrew Lumber Baron Festival) and member of the Renfrew and Area Chamber of Commerce, the Renfrew BIA and the
Opeongo Non-Profit Housing among others. Andrew served on the Board of Directors of the Champlain Local Health Integration Network until June 2010. Andrew lives in Ottawa, Ontario with his wife Karen and has three daughters Sarah, Kate and Emma.

Marg Tubman, Group Administrator
Marg was born and raised in Renfrew, Ontario; attended Queen’s and Carleton Universities and graduated with a BA in Law, and a minor in Sociology. She has continued to further her education by taking accounting courses at Algonquin College. Married to Kent Tubman and living in Renfrew, Marg is the mother of 3 wonderful children, Greg, Mark and Amanda. Marg is and has been very involved in our community. She is currently the Past-President of the Renfrew Rotary Club; having completed a nearly 2 year term as President. Until recently, Marg has been part of the executive of the Renfrew Skating Club, Renfrew Minor Soccer and briefly with the Renfrew Tennis Club. For the past 10 years Marg has been heavily involved with the Renfrew Victoria Hospital Foundation annual Golf Tournament raising over $275,000 for the Foundation. Marg has also been part of the MACC promoting a swimming pool for our community.
D'Arcy Magee, Group Program Director
25 years of working in radio, the best business of all, remains fun and interesting for D'Arcy who believes there's something new to be learned every day because of the need to always find ways to inform and entertain the listener. Arriving at myFM in the Spring of 2009 D'Arcy has worked closely with the programming staff to successfully launch new myFM stations. D'Arcy has been in around the radio business his entire life. His parents were both in radio for many years and, wouldn't you know it, he married a wonderful woman, Shelley McLean, who is also in radio. D'Arcy, a very proud father of four children, sons Riley, Jared, Avery and daughter Grace, lives in the Ottawa area with his family.
Jeff Degraw, Vice President of Sales
Jeff has spent all of his career working in Marketing and Sales within the Media Industry. In 2006, Jeff joined MY Broadcasting Corp to launch 105.7 myFM Strathroy-Caradoc. Since then he has continued to oversee myFM Strathroy and has added General Manager duties including 90.5 myFM Exeter-Grand Bend and 94.1 myFM St. Thomas. Jeff currently resides in Strathroy with wife Rosanna and daughter Ava... there is a dog in there too. Jeff is currently a member of Rotary, various community project committees, and is a past Board Member of the Strathroy & Area Chamber of Commerce. Although he does have a desk, Jeff is commonly found wherever his blackberry is located.
Pam Oliver, General Manager, General Sales Manager - 401 West
A member of the myFM family since 2007, Pam has spent her life in the Greater Napanee area where she and her husband Grant raised two daughters, Steacy and Melissa. Pam owned a small business in Napanee for several years, then moved to
a sales position at a local newspaper before joining myFM. Pam has always been very involved in the community.
Canvassing for the Heart and Stroke Foundation for more than thirty years she also organized the BIG BIKE for Stroke for several years. She has served as Chair of the Napanee BIA and has been involved with that organization in different positions. Pam was on the Board of Directors of the Lennox & Addington Association for Community Living and served as Chair for a portion of
that time. She has been a member of the Rotary Club and is now the Corporate Sponsor Chair for Relay for Life.

Angela Kluke, Director of Sales - MBC East
Angela brings 20 years experience in sales to her role with myFM having worked in radio, sports marketing, healthcare and real estate. Angela left her career with The Ottawa Senators Hockey Club to follow her husband to the United States and upon her return to Canada she relocated to her husband’s hometown of Renfrew and joined the myFM family in 2008. Angela has been active in the community as a member of the Renfrew Daycare Committee and was the founding Co Chair of Renfrew's Hike for Hospice. Angela, her husband Tim and kids Lilly and Braedon enjoy an active life style are happy to be living in the OttawaValley!
Gary Perrin, General Manager, General Sales Manager - Gananoque
Gary started his career in radio at CFGO (The GO 14) as an account manager. Later he went on to become Vice President of Sales and a shareholder of CHEZ FM Inc. which owned CHEZ 106 in Ottawa, KIK FM in Calgary and CJET AM & Q 101 FM in Smiths Falls. Gary then went to the Kingston market after CHEZ was sold to Rogers where he worked as a General Manager and Sales Manger before moving back to Ottawa as Sales Manager of 106.9 The Bear. After the Bear was sold to Astral he then went on to help set up DAWG FM for the Torres brothers with their first radio station. Gary has served on several boards including the Kingston Chamber if Commerce, Heart and Stroke Foundation, The United Way, Success by Six, and the Kingston Economical Development Advisory Board. He is also an entertainer, performing in many places in Ottawa and area, releasing several records where the money was given to charities like the John Howard Society and the Children's Wish Foundation. Gary is married to Carole and they have a daughter named Kristin.
Rob Mise, General Manager, General Sales Manager - St. Thomas
Rob Mise served as the General Manager & General Sales Manager at myFM Radio in Kincardine, Goderich and Port Elgin and now is in charge in St. Thomas. Born October 7, 1963, he wanted to get into radio the first time he heard music on the radio growing up in Ottawa. Community service has always been paramount to Rob as he has sat on a number of boards and charities coast-to-coast. Rob is a true radio veteran, having traversed Canada in positions ranging from On-Air personality to Program Director, Group/National Program Director, and General Manager/General Sales Manager. He’s been the recipient of numerous industry promotion & promotion awards. Rob has two children, Jessica and Matthew. He also loves to golf and drive fast cars.
Cindy Clyne, Group News Director
Cindy is a graduate of the Radio Broadcasting program at Algonquin College in Ottawa and over the past 16 years, her passion for news has taken her to radio stations from one end of the province to the other. A native of Ottawa, she set her sights on coming home, and in 2005 she settled in Arnprior. After a two year stay at CFRA in Ottawa, Cindy took over the News Director position with myFM Renfrew, Pembroke and Arnprior, and since the summer of 2011, has been acting as Group News Director for My Broadcasting Corporation. Cindy has one grown daughter, and you can often find the two of them cooking up a storm in Cindy's kitchen. Cindy loves her home community of Arnprior and is one of the founding members of the Arnprior Environmental Action Council.
Dylan Bartlett, General Manager, GSM - Lake Huron Shoreline
Dylan Bartlett joined myFM in 2010. He lives in Kincardine with his wife and two children. Dylan is actively involved with many community groups and can be found volunteering at events up and down the shoreline. Dylan has a strong business background; currently his General Manager duties include 95.5 Kincardine, 99.7 Goderich and 90.9 Port Elgin. He is also the resident expert on the language known as "Rob Mise - isms". Now he's heard everything!
